Day 01: Haridwar – Barkot (210kms/7-8hr) Height: 1352 MTS.
Morning meet our Executive at haridwar & drive for Barkot via Mussoorie, enroute visit Mussoorie Lake & Kempty Fall in Mussoorie. Later drive straight to Barkot. Check in the hotel arrival in Barkot. Overnight stay at Barkot.
Barkot Weather – Generally pleasant in summer, the temperature ranges from 25-30 degree Celsius, Winter: The Days are pleasantly cool but the nights are cold,temp ranges from 10 deg to 05 deg.

Day 02: Barkot – Yamunotri – Barkot {36kms drive & 6kms Trek (one side)} Height: 3235 MTS.
Early morning after breakfast (Buffed breakfast), drive to Ranachatti / Phoolchatti & start trek from here to Yamunotri (6kms) (Either by walk or by horse or by Doli at own cost). After taking bath in Jamunabai Kund’s warm water and having “Darshan” of “Yamunaji” return to Jankichatti by trek. Later drive towards Barkot, Overnight stay at Barkot.
Yamunotri Temple: Maharani Gularia of Jaipur built the temple in the 19th Century. It was destroyed twice in the present century and rebuilt again. At Yamunotri, One can cook rice by packing it in a cloth and dipping it in the hot water of the Tapt kund. Pilgrims take this cooked rice home as “Prasad”. Here near the temple “Pooja” can be offered to Divya Shila.
Yamunotri Weather – In summer the maximun temp is 18 degrees and the minimum is 10 degrees celsius. The days are pleasantly cool but the nights are cold.

Day 03: Barkot – Uttarkashi (100kms/4hr) Height: 1352 MTS.
Morning after breakfast, drive to Uttarkashi. Check in the hotel arrival in Uttarkashi. Visit Kashi Vishwanath Temple in Uttarkashi. Overnight stay at Uttarkashi.
Uttarkashi is home to a number of ashrams, temples. The name of the town reflects its similarity to and location (as north of) the city of Kashi (Varanasi). Similar to Varanasi, town of Uttarkashi is also situated on the banks of River Ganga.
Vishwanath temple – Vishwanath temple is one of the oldest Shiva temples in Northern India. Re-constructed in 1857 by Maharani Khaneti Devi of Tehri State in the ancient architectural style. It is situated at the heart of the town. A massive iron trident, symbolic of divine mother’s, is erected and worshiped from time immemorial at the temple complex. Ganeshji, Sakshi Gopal, Markandeya Rishi’s small shrines are also part of the temple complex. Akhand Jyoti as well as Akhand Abhishek, special aarti at morning and evening are offered. As per Skunda Puran, Uttarkashi is known as ‘Saumya Varanasi’, the abode of Lord Shiva in Kaliyug and counted as one of the twelve Jyotirlingas.
Uttarkashi Weather – Generally hot in summer, the temperature ranges from 30-35 degree Celsius but nights is pleasant, Cold in winters.

Day 04: Uttarkashi – Gangotri – Uttarkashi (100kms/3-4 each side) Height: 3048 MTS.
Early morning (Buffed breakfast) drive to Gangotri, enroute visit at Gangnani take a holy dip in Garam Kund, further drive to Gangotri via beautiful Harsil Valley. Harsil is famous for its nature beauty and for the majestic views of the Deodar trees and mountains. On arrival at Shree Gangotri, take a holy dip in the sacred river Ganges which is also called Bhagirathi at its origin. Perform Pooja and Darshan, after that relax for some time in the lovely surroundings. Later drive back to Uttarkashi. Overnight stay at Uttarkashi.
Gangotri Weather – The maximum temperature during summer can go up to 20° Celsius. Summer nights can get cooler with a minimum temperature of 10° Celsius. Light woolen clothes are required while visiting Gangotri during summer. Winter season is very chilly in Gangotri. Gangotri will be covered in sheets of snow during winter. Pilgrim centers remains closed throughout winter due to heavy snow falls.

Day 05: Uttarkashi – Guptkashi (220kms/8-9hr) Height: 1319 MTS.
Morning after breakfast, drive to Guptkashi via Moolgarh & Lambgoan. Enroute you can see the beautiful river Mandakini at Tilwara. The Mandakini river comes from Kedarnath, drive alongside the river to reach Guptakashi, visit Ardh Narishwar Temple in Guptakashi. Check into the hotel arrival in Guptakashi. Overnight stay at Guptakashi.
Guptakashi:- The name Gupt Kashi means “Hidden Benares. Mythology describes how when the Pandava brothers were searching for a glimpse of Shiva, Shivji first concealed himself at Guptkashi, but later fled from them further up the valley to Kedarnath, where the Pandavas finally got their wish fulfilled. There are more tangible connections as well-the Kedarnath pandas (priests) live in Guptkashi during the winter months, and after the Kedarnath temple closes for the winter, the image of Kedarnath passes through Gupt Kashi on its way to Ukhimath (across the valley), where it stays for the winter.

Day 06: Guptkashi – Kedarnath – Guptkashi (30kms by road & 19kms Trek one way) Height: 3384 MTS.
Kedarnath ji By Helicopter: Morning our driver will transfer you your prebook Helipad. After Back our car will drop you at Hotel for rest. (note: helicopter ticket is not included in this package)
By Trekking : Though it is difficult to go up and down from Sonprayag on the same day by trek. But it can be done if you take ponies or helicopter while going to Kedarnath. Do coordinate well with driver, as due to parking issue driver cannot stay at Sonprayag also network issue is also there.
Kedarnath: The Kedarnath shrine, one of the 12 jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva, is a scenic spot situated, against the backdrop of the majestic Kedarnath range. Kedar is another name of Lord Shiva. According to legend, the Pandavas after having won over the Kaurava in the Kurukshetra war, felt guilty of having killed their own brothers and sought the blessings of Lord Shiva for redemption. He eluded them repeatedly and while fleeing took refuge at Kedarnath in the form of a bull. On being followed he dived into the ground, leaving his hump on the surface. The remaining portions of Lord Shiva appeared at four other places and are worshipped there as his manifestations. The arms appeared at Tungnath, the face at Rudranath, the belly at Madhmaheshwar and his locks (hair) with head at Kalpeshwar. Kedarnath and the four above-mentioned shrines are treated as Panch Kedar.
Kedarnath Weather – Due to its high altitude the weather in Kedarnath remains cold for most part of the year. Summer here is cool and pleasant while winter is severe. During summer season the temperature varies around 20°Celsius. Light woolen wear is recommended. Winter season in Kedarnath is severe with mercury falling to as low as 0°Celsius. During this time the place experiences snowfall as well. Due to the extreme climatic conditions, this time is usually avoided by tourists.

Day 07: Guptkashi- Badrinath (160kms/7hr) Height: 3133 MTS.
Morning after breakfast, drive to Badrinath. Check in to the hotel arrival in Badrinath. Pilgrims after having a bath in the Taptkund have the Darshan of Badrivishal & Aarti in evening. Brahamakapal is significant for Pinddan Shraddh of ancestors (Pitrus). There are other interesting sightseeing spot like Mana, Vyas Gufa, Maatamoorti, Charanpaduka, Bhimkund and the “Mukh” of the Saraswati River. Just within the three kms of Badrinathjee. Overnight stay at Badrinath.
Badrinath one of the ‘Ancient Four Dhams’ is one of the most celebrated pilgrimage spots of the country and is situated at an elevation of 3,133 meters, guarded on either side by the two mountain ranges known as Nar & Narayan with the towering Neelkanth Peak providing a splendid backdrop. This revered spot was once carpeted with wild berries. Thus the place got the name “Badri van”, meaning “forest of berries”.
Tapt Kund : Natural thermal springs on the bank of the river Alaknanda, where it is customary to bath before entering the Badrinath temple.
Mana Village : Inhabited by an Indo-Mongolian tribe, it is the last Indian village before Tibet.
Vasundhara Fall : As the name suggests, vasundhara is a magnificent water fall. This place is 5 kms. from Badrinath out of which 2 kms. is motorable upto Mana.
Bhim Pul : On the other side of Mana village, a massive rock forming a natural bridge, lies over the roaring Saraswati river. It presents a spectacular view of water thundering down through the narrow passage under the rock and is believed to have been placed there by Bhim, the second eldest among the five Pandava brothers.
Vyas Gufa (cave): Near Mana Village, this is a rock-cave where Ved Vyas is believed to have composed the Mahabharata and the pauranic commentaries.
Badrinath Weather: The average maximum temperature will be around 18° Celsius and the average minimum is 8° Celsius. Warm and woolen clothes are hence required for a stay in Badrinath throughout the year. Winter in Badrinath is often accompanied by snow falls. Day 08: Badrinath – Joshimath – Rudraprayag (160kms/7hr) Height: 895 MTS.

Morning after breakfast, driver for Rudraprayag via Joshimath. Visit on the way Narsingh Temple in Joshimath later drive back to Rudraprayag via Joshimath. Check into the hotel arrival in Rudraprayag. Overnight stay at Rudraprayag.
Joshimath is situated on the slopes above the confluence of the rivers Alaknanda and Dhauliganga. Of the four ‘Maths’ established by Adi Shankaracharya, Joshimath is the winter seat of Badrinath. The idol is brought down to Joshimath and installed in the temple for people to worship. There are many other temples in the township. The most important is the temple of Nir Singh with the idol of Lord Vishnu. The left arm of this deity is getting destroyed with time and the popular belief holds that the day the arm completely withers Badrinath valley will cease to exist and the Gods will transfer the residence into the neighboring Niti Valley at Bhavishya Badri.
Rudraprayag is one of the Panch Prayag (five confluences) of Alaknanda River. It is confluence of rivers Alaknanda and Mandakini. Kedarnath, a Hindu holy town is located 86 km from Rudraprayag.

Day 09: Rudraprayag – Haridwar (165kms/5-6hr)
Morning after breakfast, drive for Haridwar via Rishikesh. Rishikesh ‘place of sages’ is a celebrated spiritual town on the bank of Ganga and is surrounded by Shivalik range of the Himalayas on three sides. It is said that when Raibhya Rishi did hard penances, God appeared by the name of ” Hrishikesh ” and this area hence firth came to be known as Rishikesh. Later visit Rishikesh Temples Sight Seeing – Laxman Jhulla, Ram Jhulla. Drop at Haridwar.

Shakti temple – Right in front of the Vishwanath temple is Shakti temple. It has a big ‘Trishul (Trident)’ of about 6 meters in height and a circumference of 90 cms. at bottom. Though there are different views about the making of this, the upper part of it seems to be made up of iron and the lower one is of copper. As per the epics this Shakti was thrown on the devils by the Goddess Durga (Shakti), hence it gets its name. Since then this Shakti is erected over here.

By Helicopter: Morning our driver will drop you your prebook Helipad. You can inform driver about your arrival time whether it will by helicopter or by trek, so that Driver will be there to pick you up. (Note: helicopter ticket is not included in this package).

By Trek: Morning our driver will transfer you at Sonprayag then you have to take local jeep for Gaurikund & then your trek start for kedarnath ji. After darshan you follow same & return to Sonpraag. There is big parking issue so driver will back to other palace if his contact no. in not working then you have to arrange other taxi or wait for your driver.

Day 01ST:- Hariwdar Barkot (190Kms / 6-7Hrs drive).
• Meet our representative at your hotel & start your journey to Barkot after little refreshment.
• Visit on the way places like Satya Narayan temple in Haridwar, Prakasheswar temple in Dehradun, Kempty fall in Mussoorie.
• Overnight stay at Barkot.
Day 02nd:- Barkot Jankichatti Yamunotri Jankichatti Barkot. (50Kms drive & 10kms trek)
• Morning after breakfast, drive for Jankichatti & start your trek to Yamunotri.
• Visit Yamunotri temple & return trek to Jankichatti. Later drive towards the Barkot.
• Overnight stay at Barkot.
Day 03rd:- Barkot Uttarkashi. (85Kms / 3-4Hrs drive)
• Morning after breakfast, drive towards Uttarkashi.
• Visit Kashi Vishwnath temple & Prakateshwar Mahadev.

CHAR DHAM YATRA PACKAGE DETAILED DAY WISE ITINERARY – 11 NIGHTS / 12 DAYS

Day : 1 Delhi to Haridwar (230 kms/6hrs).
Begin your drive to Haridwar form Delhi. On reaching Haridwar, check-in to your hotel. In the sunset, visit the Har- Ki- Pauri to attend the Ganga Aarti. Afterward, go back to the hotel for dinner and have a relaxed stay at night.

Day : 2 Haridwar to Barkot (205 Km / 7 to 8 Hours).
This daybreak, you leave for Barkot / Jankichatti. Barkot is an attractive hill-station which is placed on the foot of Yamunotri. As you drive during Mussoorie, you can visit the well-known Kempty Falls on your way. On arrival at Barkot, check-in to your hotel or camp. Relax of the day and refresh for the Yatra of Yamunotri the next day. Dinner and Overnight stay at Barkot.

Day : 3 Barkot to Yamunotri to Barkot (48 Km / 2 Hours or start trek).
After breakfast, leave for Hanumanchatti (40 Km), Janki Chatti (8 km). Here you will start the Yatra of Yamunotri. You have a choice of hiring palki or a horse for your trek. On entrance by afternoon in Yamunotri take holy dip in Yamuna River and perform Pooja. Go back through the same way back to Barkot; check in at Hotel or Camp. Dinner and Overnight stay at hotel in Barkot./p>

Day : 4 Barkot to Uttarkashi (85 Km/ 3 Hours Journey).
After breakfast check out from the Barkot hotel and drive to Uttarkashi. On the entrance check in into the hotel. Uttarkashi is positioned on the banks of river Bhagirathi and is famous for its historical monuments, Temples and Ashrams. In the sunset, Visit the well-known Vishwanath Temple. Dinner and Overnight stay at Uttarkashi.

Day : 5 Uttarkashi to Gangotri to Uttarkashi (100 Km / 3 to 4 Hours)
Early daybreak breakfast at hotel and drive to Gangotri. Upon entrance at Gangotri take a holy dip in the sacred river Ganges which is also called Bhagirathi at its origin. Visit the Gangotri Temple. After performing Pooja Late afternoon drive back to Uttarkashi. Dinner and Overnight stay at Uttarkashi.

Day : 6 Uttarkashi to Guptkashi (240 Km / 9 to 10 Hours)
Depart for your next destination, Guptkashi after having your breakfast early in the daybreak. On reaching, check-in to the hotel. Guptkashi is placed at a distance of 47 km from the holy shrine, Kedarnath. The town holds immense religious importance as it houses well-known ancient temples like Vishwanath Temple and Ardhnareshwar Temple. Have your dinner and stay overnight in the hotel or camp.

Day : 7 Guptkashi to Sonprayag to Kedarnath (30 Km + 20 Km trek)
Early sunrise after breakfast check out from the hotel and drive to Sonprayag. From where, you will start your 20 km trek to Kedarnath. On arrival check in at Govt. Camps or Lodges. Dinner and Overnight at Govt. Camps or Lodges.

Day : 8 Kedarnath to Sonprayag to Guptkashi / Rudraprayag (20 Km trek + 30 Km / 52 Kms drive)
Early sunrise you get up before dawn and after taking bath you are at the temple by 4:45 am for the ‘Abhishek’ to Kedarnath Shiva. After darshan and puja you come out of the temple and go back to the Govt. Camps / Lodges. Afterward you will begin the go back trek of 20 km from Kedarnath to Sonprayag. The vehicles wait for you in Sonprayag Car Parking and drive to your hotel (Guptkashi / Rudraprayag). Dinner and Overnight at Guptkashi / Rudraprayag.

Day : 9 Rudraprayag / Guptkashi to Joshimath to Badrinath (190 Km 0r 240 Kms / 8to 9 Hours)
This sunrise, you check out of the hotel at 08:00 am and drive to Badrinath via Joshimath. After having your breakfast in the daybreak, check out of the hotel and start driving towards your next destination, Badrinath through Joshimath. On the arrival check in to the hotel. Next to go to Tapt Kund, take bath and after that go to the temple. Devoted to Lord Vishnu, the temple of Shri Badrinath Ji. Afterward back to hotel. Dinner and Overnight stay at hotel.

Day : 10 Badrinath to Joshimath to Rudraprayag / Birahi / Srinagar (165 Km / 5 to 6 Hours)
This sunrise, visit Badrinath Temple for Darshan. Later, go back to the hotel for breakfast. After breakfast, you can leave for going to places of interest at Badrinath such as Mana Village, Vyas Gufa, Ganesh Gufa, and Mata Murti temple. In the daylight, check out from the hotel and head towards Rudraprayag through Joshimath. On the way visit Karanprayag. Rudraprayag holds great spiritual importance. Also, the town features stunning natural attractiveness and tranquility. On reaching Rudraprayag, check-in to the hotel.
